2. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate and timely information, content, and approvals required for project execution. Ensure that all provided content (logos, text, images, etc.) is free from copyright infringement. Make payments as per agreed terms.
3. Payment Terms
Payments must be made according to the invoice and timeline agreed upon. Any delay in payment may result in suspension of services until dues are cleared. Advance payments, where applicable, are non-refundable.
4. Project Timelines
Project timelines will be mutually agreed. Delays in receiving required inputs from clients may extend the timeline. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party services (hosting providers, ad platforms, etc.).
5. Intellectual Property
Final deliverables (designs, code, marketing materials) will belong to the client once full payment is received. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for accuracy and performance, we do not guarantee specific results (e.g., top Google ranking or exact ROI from campaigns). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service with written notice. All outstanding dues must be settled upon termination.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India.
